# Calls, inbox, and reports

> What your staff sees after every call.

## Dashboard

Calls handled, average duration, appointments booked, AI-resolved calls, missed and voicemails, after-hours calls, charts by type and hour, top callers. **Download PDF** and a weekly report email.

## Inbound Calls

**Call History** lists every call. Filter by status (Completed, Missed, Voicemail, Failed), source, language, and date. Search by name or phone. **Export CSV**.

Click a call to open **Call Details**:

<Tabs>
  <Tab title="Transcript">
    The full conversation, with timestamps. Copy or download.
  </Tab>

  <Tab title="Summary">
    Outcome, notes, and the key information the AI captured.
  </Tab>

  <Tab title="Recording">
    Audio player and download.
  </Tab>

  <Tab title="Events">
    Every lookup, booking, transfer, and text the AI made, with the result. Transfer results read as connected, no answer, line busy, or voicemail.
  </Tab>
</Tabs>

<Tip>
  **Events** is the first place to look when a booking or transfer did not go as expected. "No answer" means your line rang and nobody picked up, so the AI took a message instead.
</Tip>

**Create task from call** is in the row menu.

## Inbox Tasks

Every message, refill request, callback, and follow-up. Filter by type, status, category, and date. Assign a **Provider**, link a **Patient**, add notes, **Mark done**. Done items archive after 30 days.

## Providers

Add providers for task assignment and per-provider notifications: text or email a provider when a refill or urgent request comes in. Providers do not need a HealOS login to receive these.

## Intake Forms

Build your own forms, or have HealOS extract them from a photo of your paper form. Group them into **Appointment Categories**, set per-doctor links, and review **Submissions**. Approve a submission to create or link the patient.
