# Overview

> What HealOS AI Receptionist (AI Frontdesk) does and where to start.

Patients call your number. HealOS answers in a natural voice, 24/7, and handles the call the way you configure it.

  Three things cause most support tickets: transfer numbers without the country code, provider hours that do not match the EHR, and a **Maximum booking window** that is too short.
