# Mobile app

> Recording on iOS and Android with the same account and sessions.

Same account, same sessions. The bottom tabs are **Sessions**, **Select Patient**, **Settings**, and **Appointments**.

  <Step title="Pick the patient">
    **Select Patient**, then open **Capture Session**.

  <Step title="Record">
    Start the session. Recording continues if you minimize the app or lock the phone.
  </Step>

  <Step title="End the session">
    Tap **End session**. The note generates and appears on the phone and on the web.
  </Step>

## Good to know

* If the app closes mid-visit, it offers **Unfinished Recording Found → Continue** on next launch.
* **Regenerate** a note with a different template or quality (**Balanced**, **Detailed**, **Concise**) from the session details.
* Note preferences (language, template, terminology) are set on the web, not in the app.

  Keep the app updated. If sessions show on the phone but not on the web, the app is on an old version.
