Install

1

Sign in on the HealOS website

Open app.healos.ai and sign in. The extension picks up your session from there.
2

Get the extension

Sidebar → Chrome Extension → Get Healos.ai Chrome Extension. Add it from the Chrome Web Store.
3

Open it on your EHR page

Click the HealOS icon in the toolbar while on your EHR. The panel shows “Sign in on the HealOS website. The extension will unlock automatically.” only if you skipped step 1.

Use it

The panel has two views.
Search or add the patient, pick a template, Record → Pause / Resume → Stop.
You can also right-click any text field in the EHR and choose Healos → Paste Entire Note, or a single section such as Paste Subjective or Paste Assessment.
Before you insert: open the patient’s chart and the note editor (encounter or SOAP screen). If the editor is not open you will see “Could not find a suitable frame with note sections”. Confirm the right patient is open; the extension warns if the chart does not match the session.

Keeping it current

The extension updates itself through the Chrome Web Store, usually within half a day of a release. EHR vendors change their pages from time to time and we ship an update to match.
If inserting stops working after it “worked yesterday”, check the version at chrome://extensions and tell us. That is almost always an EHR page change waiting for the extension update.

Supported EHRs

Works with most web-based EHRs. The Integrations page in the app shows what is supported for your practice. If yours is not there, email team@healos.ai.

Push to EHR without the extension

Some EHRs accept notes directly from the web app with the Push to EHR button on the session page. Connect them under sidebar → Integrations. Each EHR card on the Integrations page says which path it uses: Push to EHR from the web app, or chart insertion through the Chrome extension.
If Push to EHR says “Patient link still pending”, link the patient in the EHR first and push again.
