The Account Settings that shape every note, with defaults and what we recommend.

| Transcript Language | The language the speech engine listens for. | English (US) | Set this before the first visit. For bilingual visits, pick the language most of the conversation is in. English medical terms mixed into another language are fine. One language per account. |
| Default Note Language | The language the note is written in. | English | Leave on English unless you chart in another language. |
| Default Template | Template pre-selected on each new session. | New Patient Visit | Switch to your most common visit type once you have a custom template. |
| Default AI Model | Note style: Balanced, Fast, or Detailed. | Detailed | Detailed for complex visits, Balanced for high-volume days. |
